The Nice Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative
Great Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have issued warning letters to a further ten companies, including Great Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) caution them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from industry immediately because they don’t possess the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are favored by young adults, but that young adults should also be protected contrary to the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. In line with the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, they were being offered for sale in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription marketplace distribution label particularly stated that the product could possibly be used as a dietary supplement. It was not designed for use as a sports take or an athletic supplement, according to the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, they should have understood that the product was intended for the intake of candies, not chewing gum, and that the flavours were added following the manufacturing process. Based on the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or somebody who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the business’s product was misrepresented. An example of a misrepresentation would be that the product was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not choose to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous than a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing would be to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Manufacturers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or product packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable on the market when it is not necessarily.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Cool Cloud Vapor Company. The business had other e-juice items including several premium brands, a few which had an array of what flavors do puff pubs can be found in. When I purchased my Cool Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which made it difficult to carry onto while smoking because the entire mouth of the disposable unit was filled with the whitish color of nicotine. I viewed the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and discovered that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from most of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between this product and another products was that this product did not have any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Great Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece smoothly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Quickly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the trunk of my throat that was not offer during smoking any traditional smokes. My second puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled little by little while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, nothing but ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a moderate pepper to taste. After the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy flavour with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I pointed out that the nicotine had settled perfectly into my lungs, providing me all the nicotine I needed to complete the entire session and never have to worry about getting a bad buzz off of it.
